Jake is the CEO of Ten Years’ Time. He co-founded the firm, following four years working in New York with the foundation arm of the social-purpose business Peaceworks. Jake speaks regularly on panels and at conferences on the future of philanthropy and the need for more innovative grant-making. Voted one of London's "Most Influential People" in 2014, Jake has a certificate in Global Health from Imperial College, London.
As Miss Universe of 2013, Gabriela Isler serves as a role model for young women in her native Venezuela and all around the world to become leaders throughout their communities. Gabriela continues to be a powerful advocate for women and girls by founding The Universe of Blessings Fund. Oliver B. Libby is the Chair & Co-Founder of The Resolution Project. Resolution identifies and empowers undergraduate students around the world who wish to launch new social ventures, supported by Resolution’s global network of resources. With Resolution Fellows on all six inhabited continents and across America, Resolution is building a generation of leaders with a lifelong commitment to social responsibility. Oliver is also a founding Managing Director of Hatzimemos / Libby, a global growth catalyst firm based in New York, focusing on the energy and advanced technology sectors. Oliver serves as a Trustee of the philanthropic Harvard Club of New York Foundation and a member of the Clinton Global Initiative's LEAD program. Soulful Impact was launched at the Resolution Project's event at the Harvard Club.
Diana Mao, President and Co-Founder of Nomi Network, is an abolitionist who works to ensure the complete end of human trafficking in her lifetime. Diana co-founded Nomi Network, a non-profit that creates economic opportunities for survivors and women at risk of human trafficking. Since its inception, Diana has played an instrumental role in making Nomi Network the powerful international organization it is today.
Currently she is a Co-Chair for the Nexus Human Trafficking and Modern Day Slavery Working Group, on the Advisory Board of the Equality Fund, and a former Mentor for The Bush Center Women's Initiative Fellowship.
As the founder and Executive Director of Seeds of Africa, Atti has traveled the world, developing the educational foundation for the next generation of African leaders. Atti's mission is philanthropic: she works to create holistic education and community development within urban communities in Africa. Before Seeds of Africa, Atti won Miss Ethiopia in 2005 and went on to graduate Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainable Development from Columbia University.

Kathleen Ventrella is Vice Chair of the Advisory Boardat Soulful Impact, LLC. Kathleen brings to the company an understanding of the corporate sector where she spent her career as an advertising executive.
Kathleen has over 20 years of broad management experience in developing integrated communications plans for local, national and global brands from strategy development through plan execution. Accounts ranged from Philips Electronics to Hasbro Toys to Estee Lauder Cosmetics.
Prior to joining Soulful Impact, Kathleen was a Senior Consultant with Changing Our World, overseeing a variety of clients. Previously, Kathleen was a Director of Partner Management at (Product) RED where she managed existing partner relationships and developed strategies and proposals for potential new corporate partners.
Ted Grant is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sagamore Global Advisors which provides strategic and execution support to senior leaders in the private and non-profit sectors responsible for driving innovation and transformational change. Throughout Ted’s career, he has served as a critical business partner to CEOs and other senior executives across the private and non-for profit sectors, advising them in improving the management and future potential of attractive business opportunities. He has been recognized throughout his career for his ability to work in complex organizational settings, at all levels, engaging divergent businesses and executive teams to achieve a common goal. Ted has served as Special Assistant/Chief of Staff to the President of The Rockefeller Foundation and as a Senior Vice President, Office of the CEO and Chairman of J. P. Morgan Chase, where he was recruited by five successive CEO’s to address day-to-day issues and a broad range of strategic initiatives, and played a leadership role in executing multiple global mergers and acquisitions.
Ted is currently on the Board of Directors of the New York City Fire Museum; the Advisory Council of The Resolution Project, a leading organization focused on advancing college age social entrepreneurs; and the US Leaders Council for Cordaid, an international NGO organization based in The Netherlands. He holds a MS from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BA from Drew University.
